Wow!  Today has been an exciting day!!  Nate found out this morning that he landed first chair in the JJHS 7/8th grade band!!  Go Nate!  Dana recently auditioned for All My Sons at JHS and was invited to callbacks today!!  She is at Madrigals tonight and should find out after that if she was cast.  Lots of excitement buzzing around here.  :)  All you CYTers out there know the feeling!!  :) 

Our school year is off to a fabulous start!  I am so grateful for the time I have had to adequately attend to the boys this year.  CYT has been such a blessing although it has been such a relief to not be attending to that while teaching the boys.  It is refreshing not being involved this session and yet I do look forward to getting involved again this winter and spring.  :)  God is good and I am excited to see what He has for us in the winter/spring sessions of CYT this year.  

Okay, I am feeling a little pressure about this whole xanga deal.  I had thoughts of deleting my account today .... oh my!  I guess I need to decide if I can get better at updating my blogs or if I should just bag it altogether.  Whoa!  I really do enjoy reading about everyone but I have not been too good at the writing part.  In fact, I do not even know if what I just wrote falls into good blog etiquette?  What do you think?  Do I struggle alone?  Is there hope for me?  Bring on the comments!!
